Adobe Reader is a native PDF viewer application from Adobe Systems, which is available for download from the official website. Adobe Reader allows you to view and print PDF files, but not to create new or modify existing documents.

Adobe Reader is available for multiple platforms, which provides the possibility to access a PDF document on any operating system and device - from a desktop computer (or laptop) to a mobile device like a tablet or smartphone.
Finally, the Adobe Reader installation package may include an add-on for popular browser programs such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, which allows you to access and view PDF documents directly in the browser.
